Chuck was hit on Kathryn Ave SE, approaching Carlisle Blvd. SE. He was riding eastbound on Kathryn.

The ghost bike will be placed on the NW corner of Kathryn and Carlisle SE.

Plenty of room for bicycles in Burton Park if you ride; best parking for vehicles will be on Kathryn Ave.
